I've been disconnected since 11pm last night. No chance of getting a human being on the phone and the email response said they would reply in TWO WORKING DAYS time. Just ranting on a Thursday morning....
Ah! I went through another section to get customer support to put me through to the technical department - once that was done it took 1 minute to solve the problem - very impressive. However I tried 4 times to get a human being following all the tech support section with questions. You must be making better choices than me!
