Wanchai computer arcade near the Wanchai MTR or the Golden Computer Arcade and Golden Shopping Center, located on top of each other next to the Sham Shui Po MTR.

Whichever of the computer centres is most convenient for you. Unless you are buying a lot you aren't going to save enough by shopping around to justify a trip. If on HK island then try Wanchai Computer Centre or Windsor House or 298 Hennessy Road.
