The dropbox icon in my taskbar has turned white, rather than blue. Other than that, dropbox appears to be operating fine. Can i do anything to turn it back to blue?

Have you checked the DropBox preferences?
There should be one option in the General pane to switch between colour and black and white icons.

Mac version seems to have different options to Windoze.

Could it be an update? I know in ios the Dropbox icon turned white.
