Any advice from people who have been there already?

What are you looking for? Different buildings have different stuff. I have been pretty much to all of them.

No agenda really, just there to explore

I guess if I had to be a little more specific, I'm more interested in 'completed' stuff rather than parts/components

Especially interested in unusual stuff, not looking to score a discount on a Lenovo laptop for example..

I have been to SEG once, impressive in scale wise, mostly components, than completed stuff, from 286 cpu to latest i7, to mobile phone components, etc

I think you need to be slightly more specific than unusual stuff, but there again, what ever in SEG is in Taobao

Well, I was searching for NFC tags and couldn't find them there. For complete stuff check the west side of HuaQiangBeiLu. Again, complete stuff is quite broad.

I've been there too. It's pretty overwhelming. I ended up buying a bunch of crap I never use - but it was all cool.
