“The IQOS HTP is an integrated tobacco product designed to maintain nicotine addiction”

I like most, find vape juice with nicotine is not as addictive as cigarettes.

" Nicotine is known as the drug that is responsible for the addicted behaviour of tobacco users, but it has poor reinforcing effects when administered alone. "

I think cigarettes contain many other chemicals that smokers are addicted to... and I guess PMI puts those are in IQOS sticks.

The boiling point of a pyrazine is 115 degC
The tip of a lit cigarette reaches 850 degC
Things break down and become toxic when their intended use is changed by pyrolysis
    https://www.lung.org/stop-smoking/sm...cigarette.html

This is quite clear and horse’s mouth
There is also terabytes of data showing the addictiveness of nicotine first announced in public in 1963 by Addison Yeaman, Brown and Williamson Tobacco co
Additives are used as synergists to enhance the addictiveness
The Harvard report is trolling known data
    https://www.pmi.com/faq-section/faq/...ttes-addictive

    Seems clear?
    https://www.drugabuse.gov/publicatio...tine-addictive

Interested parties should read the Insider’s (Wigand) horse’s mouth Insider Chemist report on nicotine and how the industry enhance the addictiveness with ammonia and additives
    Jeffrey Wigand : WHO Report

The nicotine delivery method of the cigarette is poor compared to an electronic cigarette
However many ecigs use a synthetic nicotine that does not have the same hit as that extracted from tobacco which is why many smokers become dual users
JUUL are the first ecig company to synergise nicotine with benzoic acid salts – this gives the same hit as tobacco nicotine and reaches the brain receptors within 5 seconds
JUUL has 41.3 mg of nicotine salts per 0.7mL pod which equates to smoking 2 packs of Marlboro Red (PMI’s strongest option)
This is why there is a class action against JUUL now for causing addiction
Ecig tank versions are being used to dispense MDMA, liquid cocaine and heroin, flakka, spice and fentanyl in USA which last year saw 72,000 death overdoses from opioids

Nicotine comparisons with heroin and cocaine show the former is the hardest to quit

Carrie Lam, is fucking the health up of many vapers who will return to smoke. She will be responsible for the death of thousands of people because of this...

Meanwhile those allegedly use the vapes for taking ICE, (something I had never heard off until this fictitious survey the conducted), they will have vapes, they will hit it in the quiet, making everyone else suffer.

PMI's lobbying and marketing has been massively successful and the Government has legislated with "bullshit surveys" and no clue.
Big business wins again, the man on the street loses.
