Energy subwoofer - where to get it repaired?

Quick question, we have an Energy subwoofer which has blown out. Where in HK can we take it to get repaired?

Any other speaker repair center. I busted my sub woofer? thanks

Depending on whats wrong with the subwoofer, and if it needs any proprietary parts, like a replacement sub woofer driver. If its purely just an electronic part repair, like a blown silicon control rectifier, or output transistor etc, then sure a simple audio electronics tech will suffice..

Also check if your amp has thermal or HRC fuse protection, as the amp might have blown a fuse ( which can be checked and replaced ) or it may have triggered a thermal overload protection switch that may reset after it's cooled down for awhile.

What did the subwoofer do that it needs repair ?

Reading the service manual online, it does state that Energy subwoofers do have thermal overload protection, which will cycle the internal amplifier on and off with a matching blinking red LED, as a warning that overload has taken place.. Which will also stop the subwoofer from running.
