    PCCW Contacts

    Does anyone have a good and reliable contact within PCCW? (In no mood to search for an email random people).

    We're shopping around for backup bandwidth and given that they own the cables in our building, figured we'd give them a try.

    However, their sales person can best be described as ineffective.

    Every single email, irrespective of my question or the fact that she has no answer is replied by "please sign and chop the contract and send back".

    While a lot of bad stuff is said about them on the forum, I'm willing to give them one last try.... surely they cant be THAT bad.

    Any contacts in either sales or technology would be appreciated.

    "SLAs for the resilience solution is 28 working days."

    (No clue what that means ... it is not what it should mean.)

    Initial Installation time rather than restoration time perhaps? You have email.

    PDLM - Thats what I thought so initially... but it does not make sense either when other vendors are quoting 14 days.

    Quick update on this.

    Despite all our efforts to get them to give us an overview of their solutions, we could not get anything out of them.

    Strike three as far we're concerned. Going to use one of their competitors for our backup bandwidth.
