I just had an enormously bad experience with I-Cable and would like to write in to complain to SCMP, in addition to making complaints with OFTA and the Consumer Council. It is now no longer about the financial sum involved but a matter of principle. Does anyone know whether the scmp email address is still [email protected]?

The issue with iCable is not new, it has been on going for years, they wont change, that's why their user based has dropped and all went on to another ISP, does not surprise me when HBO, Cinemax when to PCCW exclusively...

Exactly. I didn't know any better and am stuck with them for the time being. Which ISPs would you recommend? Anyway, in the meantime, I want to do whatever I can to assert my rights against I-Cable. Any suggestions how I can write to SCMP?
