Online programming tutor in HK

I am looking for online programming 1-1 tutor in HK but i am not located in HK.

q1) Any website to recommend to post my profile
q2) HK government allowed tutor not reside in HK to provide online tutor in HK. I understand this country rules and regulation is very straight.

What are your objectives. Is this teaching kids, teens it adults? Do you need courses designed, or is this more of a pair programming thing?

I know many engineers who could be interested for the right price / conditions.

Business development hat off

There are a ton of bootcamps and coding for kids things already, so I think it would be a hard sell to be an overseas tutor. I was a tutor for a while when my consulting business had upstream cashflow problems and the parents are demanding as heck. They expect their kid to be Mark Zuckerberg within a few weeks and the kids just want to pick their nose and watch YouTube.
