This is weird, I applied for thier 25 HKBB plan over a month ago, a week has gone by then ran into the same sales person and asked him what's up, he said "they did not have anymore lines leading to my building and that they are working on it ASAP".
Calls me a week after and asked if I can call their installation department and that they cant reach me via mobile, everyone in the whole world can reach me though but not HKBB.
Two weeks gone by now & they still have not called me for installation schedule yet, if this reflects anything to their customer support, I'm just sticking with my Netvigator plan, even tho they are not much better.
