There is a shop on Stanley street, next to the entrance of World Trust Tower near Pottinger St. It sells all sorts of handy stuff for computers, and out the front there is a trolley with a few canisters of compressed air. But you should be able to get them easily at the computer centers.

there is a computer centre over in Wan Chai, just right off the MTR exit, they have what you are looking for.

If you go to the basement of Golden, they have plenty of that stuff.

Fans- the cooling store on the 3rd floor of 298 Hennessy has a decent fan selection. No fan controllers though (not seen these in HK at all, I'd like to know if you find any).

Compressed air- stationary stores all over HK island have these.
