Anyone know of any safe places to dispose of old, beyond-use computer equipment, PCBs etc?

Theres usually guys in apliu street shamshuipo that will buy these things off of you.
You'll see these guys sitting on a chair with a bunch of old p.c's etc nearby.

Just to update this thread. I called HKCSS for donation of my old computer equipment this week. Great little organization, but they only take computers that are PIII or newer. If you're like me and have older stuff it won't work. For older equipment I found Caritas (2716-6875). They will take computers, monitors, scanners etc. which are older and will re-cycle them for a good cause. Just to let everybody know...
