    Antivirus

    I need some help.
My Mcafee antivirus has expired. I purchased it online in Ireland before i came here.
I have cancelled my credit card in Ireland and dont have one here so i cant renew.
Does anyone know the best way to get Antivirus software in HK.
Online where i can just use a bank (HSBC) transfer would be ideal. Mcafee or Norton would be fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Color me skeptical, but I don't have much faith in MS being the solution when it's their shoddy programming/testing that allows Windows/IE to be so vulnerable to viruses, adware, and spyware in the first place.

Couldn't you walk into a computer/software store and buy the Antivirus of your choice with cash?

Yeah, i will probably end up doing that but im up to my eyes in work now. Much easier if i can just sort it out online.

I have serious doubts about MS too.

Avast it's free for home use, have i been using it for 5 years never got any virus. And compare to norton it doesn't take half of your CPU.

Why bother ordering online? Back home I order just about everything online, but in HK there's no need to. Just go to a shop.

My vote goes to NOD32 + mbam (free)

Why you knock MS, I don't know.

Do a quick google search on Security Essentials and you will see its actually got good reviews.
