Netvigator, upgrade, moving, router problems

I have a PCCW 8M connection from the Modem to my Linksys wireless router. Before that it was connected through HGC broadband (not sure of the speed of this connection but it was better ).

Anyway on my move I had problems setting up the router. I ended out reseting the router with connection to the modem, added the right codes, passwords etc and has worked fine.

So try and reset your router and re-enter all your information.

Thanks. But if you re-read my original post, you will see I've already mentioned that I have factory reset the modem and this still doesn't help.

I'm now back in HK and hopefully will get a chance this week to tinker around with the settings and try another modem to isolate the problem.

Just an updated.

Had turned my router and PCCW modem off for a few days. Turned it on this morning and basically the internet (both wired and wireless) has been working all day.

Touch wood.
