having a problem setting up wireless with this modem/router. following a guide and its told me to enter email and password at the initialization part, it starts then after awhile it restarts the modem.
before the initialization phrase it tells me to scan for the modem and connect to it but nothing appears when i do that.
need abit of help lol

I believe you have to make sure the netvigator email and pw is correct first. You may check this out by login to the webmail of netvigator official site.

Call them. They can reset your modem or help you remotely.
