How much was the E4200? Seems like a decent device, and it's mostly supported by Tomato
    Build Types - TomatoUSB

I bought my E4200 for about 1300 bananas at WanChai computer centre.

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using GeoClicks Mobile

Me too. I haven't had any problems with it for the last few years. What do these other aftermarket units do that I am not getting with the PCCW unit?

Netgear FVS318, very happy with it.. I use it for VPN, has a decent build in firewall and supports syslog for those technical minded, I just use it to see how many packet it blocks per day..

Now I am looking to buy their FVS318G (gigabit) version, having a 300Mbps fiber and the bottle neck is in the router, it's nice to push 100MBps up and down in speedtest.net

Remember to check the IPv6 support in your router, otherwise, you may not be able to access the Internet after a few years!

They're all the same aren't they?
I'd much rather hear about all the sh*tty ones though.
