Just had a fun one with PCCW today. Lost all services, fixed line, a business fixed line, broadband and NowTV. Clearly a line problem. So call fixed line tech. Takes details, can't fix until tomorrow and I will have to contact netvigator, NowTV and business line tech separately. 4 different depts for one fugging line. After a few choice words df heads off and comes back and states same. Eventually screamed enough they sent someone out who sorted it from outside.
