I have a Mac was wondering if anyone could recommend an external portable hard drive (budget is around HK$500 as I'm only after a 500GB size).

I like the Samsung for the design of ther outer casing. I have a La Cie that looks good with Apple products as well.

I'm quite happy with my Toshiba, 500GB for around HKD 450 if I recall correctly. It's slim enough to slip into the pocket of my jeans.

pop into Foresoon Computer shop in Sheung Wan. It is on the junction of Des Voeux Road Central and beginning of Wing Lok Street. You can bargain with them too.
