HKBN Packet Loss?

Is anyone having problems with HKBN fiber? Seems like I am having some significant packet loss whenever I connect to American servers. Upwards of 10% data loss.

I have mentioned this in some other threads on GEO. This is a huge problem especially for gaming which is why I switched back to PCCW 1000 for home use.

So you have experienced this too? They usually have good service and speeds, but then you get those times where packet loss is insane at a random time of day.

PCCW much better then?

I still have a HKBN 1000M line as they offered me a renewal at a ridiculously low price. I mainly use it for heavy downloading (24x7) and as a backup. I also let my neighbors use my HKBN for their downloading needs.

I use PCCW as my main internet connection and the service has been very stable & I have had no packet loss issues whatsoever.
