bought kindle paperwhite online amazon then ship it to us address then ship it to hk. everything is working but i can't get the wifi to working, my other kindle entry level works fine on wifi and my 3 other device use the same wifi, no problem, but can't connect kindle paperwhite to wifi.
anyone know what can be the issue? is it becuz i bought it from us for US address? i tried everytrhing i can find online about this issue, not sure if it's my router or hk connection that doesn't work with this kindle.

A very long shot but easy to tr:, I assume you're using WPA2 wireless? If so choose both the TKIP and AES protocols on your router.
