It's all in chinese but nothing a bit of Google Translate won't fix. Punch in your part name (or a part of it might work better, it has auto-complete so put in the model number) then you'll get a page with search results, prices, and shop locations.

    e.g. http://www.price.com.hk/product.php?p=134262 for your i7
$4099 the lowest. The icon to the right of it (orange or blue) means it's straight from manufacturer or if grey market. Grey market generally has no warranty.

Freecom Computer in Wanchai 298 did well by me. Some vendors dick around and price based on what you look like. These guys had prices displayed that were actually competitive, and lowered them even more after I bargained with them. Keep in mind, though, this is HK after all so YMMV.

BTW, I noticed you don't have an SSD spec'd out. If you're doing video editing, you're not doing yourself any favors by not including at least one SSD in there. Price obviously isn't a problem for you.

Yes very strange spec for video editing, why skimp on the storage? Bang a couple of SSDs in there, one for OS, one for scratch.

I usually use Jumbo Computer, you can google translate and see their prices.

Yea but they are a nuisance and for pro video editing, I don't think they're necessary but just a waste of money. I have one and apart from booting and loading apps fast and being very quiet, i didn't notice a significan differece during editing HD movies and 3D effects and they're ridiculously expensive right now. I'd rather buy the extra HDDs for the same price, use them for RAID or backups instead, for prolonged editing HDD are still a way to go. I'll wait till SSD prices drop.

+1 for Jumbo. I was looking for a specific Lian Li media computer case a couple of months ago and found that Jumbo's online price was significantly better than what I had been quoted by two places in Wanchai Computer Centre (both of which had quoted the list price). Trekked over to Jumbo and they gave me the discounted online price w/o any hassles at all. Whenever you shop in HK you still have to check all prices individually, but all in all I have been pleased with Jumbo.

This is true, not to mention location as well. MK and SSP I would say is usually cheaper than what can be found on the island.
