Need to sell 2 month old laptop

Hi,

I bought a Lenovo G500s two months ago, and now looking to sell it. So other than the classified sections of the 2 expat forums, are there any shops/markets that take used laptops? like the ones in Sin Tat plaza take used phones?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

locals use yahoo auction, probably get the best price, auction for best price ( much better than shops), arrange mutual meeting place, usually mtr, amazing thing, it cost HK$6 for an item auctioned at HK$5000 ( ebay will charge 11-12% btw)

http://www.dcfever.com is very good too, it's fixed price though.

I think the eBay.com.hk fees are very low, certainly not 11%, but I don't think it's much used. Internationally selling is pointless due to high shipping fees, plus, you can not include the battery if it's Lithium (and I think it is).

New Capital Computer Plaza in Sham Shui Po, not too far from Golden, is the place for 2nd hand computer stuff but I guess you will get a better price when selling privately.

My job requires the use of Mac instead. So this one is just sitting there and I use it maybe 3-4 hours a week at max.

I wasn't selling on the forum, I was just asking where I can sell it, other than the classifieds. Have sold it now though, at new capital computer plaza, as it was suggested here
