Cheap, reliable router for 30 computers

What is the cheapest router I can get here that will handle 30 computers simultaneously, reliably, with 100m throughput?

I've got a price on a Draytek Vigor 2110 at $1000 (but it's only 80m throughput). Want to see if I can get cheaper / more throughput.

Want to stay under $1000, don't need wireless, or robust firewall/DNS, but if a consumer grade box with wireless is known to work for someone, I'll take the recommendation.

Recycle an old PC and install untangle or similar on it.

Adding this .... was not familiar with untangle and was going to recommend a freebsd route with pfsense - critical to get good network cards in there - that "might" blow your $1000 budget out though.

I'd think some of the Linksys would be able to handle normal traffic from 30 comps ... tried any of their older ones?

Should be able to get an Asus for fairly cheap ~$600, look at one of the computer centres.
