    HKBN has 1000Mbps Home Broadband, 24-month contract, for $192 pm.

    That sounds good, right?

    Yes, that is about right. We pay something like $168 / month. They lowered our fee on the renewal.

    I'm a bit new to the idea of Maige, but is the legality of their service questionable, hence whether it may or may not continue in future?

    HKBN works sufficiently for your MaigeTV Box as well daily surfing. Our household is running two Maige TV's. We use a Asus Gigabit Router and I can still download ISO files from Microsoft without any stuttering.

    Some Video on Demand stutter though; have had the same results on a Telstra Fibre Line (Corporate) in Hong Kong.
