HKBN or PCCW Home Broadband

I use HKBN now. Great service. On the other hand, i-Cable was absolute rubbish, with regular dropped lines, requiring numerous service calls to i-Cable.

That's a strange happening... I've been using two TV converters (Down to only one now) + 50/10 Mbps ISP + their phone service down the Coax.... and [touch wood] nairy a bad - lost - connection.

Easy enough to check ISP connection - have I lost my phone connection &/or my TV Channels too???
