What type of home use? Media? Gaming? Office-type work?

I got an HP Spectre. I kind of like it, but folding it over to become a tablet results in a REALLY heavy tablet and is more of a gimmick than actually being useful. Plus I found Windows impossible to adapt to. If you go for a hybrid I would go for the very light end of the tablet range to make it worthwhile. And note that they are generally not as powerful as a similar sized laptop.

I switched my ipad for a Macbook Air which I much prefer. I then bought one of those MiPads just for watching movies when I travel.

Laptop. Those 2-in-1 can't do either one right.

"Home use" is very unspecific. Does that mean you're going to use it as a web browser, or do you expect to be able to work from home with it?

If the former, it really doesn't matter. Get whatever tickles your fancy. If the latter, I don't think that any of the choices you listed are really that crash hot and a laptop with a decent keyboard would be more appropriate.

How are you finding the Yoga? I had an earlier iteration of that model and couldn't stand it (build quality, keyboard, trackpad, reliability). I am assuming they have gotten better.

for home use mostly are just internet browsing, copying/backing up files, some simple photo editing, typing documents, some simple stuffs like that. I will not use it to watch movies, rather use TV or media player.
I'm still not sure that this new hybrid thing would be as fast and powerful as conventional laptop, but their price are relatively more expensive.
