Our internet went down on Friday afternoon - there was no signal on the fiber box.
Called HKBN @ about 6:30PM when I got home, spoke to a rep who scheduled an appointment for Sunday. Told her a Sunday appointment was a problem, as the son needed to get a bucket load of home work and revision done for a test on Monday. They managed to reroute a technician who showed up on Sat around noon and managed to fix the problem.
The problem - someone / thing had happened in the junction box and our fiber connection was "disconnected". Fixed in 5...
Not saying that PCCW/HKT would not have sent a technician out in the same time frame - they have in the past. Just saying, I'm happy with HKBN.
