PCCW has a terrible service and is ready to offer you 50% discount just to kill the competition, its only way to survive. We live in an area where PCCW is the only provider and the day HKBN arrives, or any other provider, we will be very happy to pay double, triple, just to turn our back on PCCW. So whatever you pay more with HKBN, you are actually doing good for Hong Kong.
The fun and games has begun. I called on Monday and they said I'll receive the termination form in 2 working days. It's now Saturday and still nothing. They are making it as difficult as possible to exit. Ill have to make time to go to a service centre next week, though it's an absolute pain to do as I don't work or live near any!
