opening NAT settings on a netvigator router/modem

When i use my xbox 360 i keep getting told that my NAT settings are on strict. when i was in the uk i and i had thos problem i just logged onto my router settings page and i could change it from there but when i log into my netvigator router settings page i cant find anything mentioning my NAT settings. does anyone know how to open the NAT settings on a netvigator router? thanks

It would appear you need to either turn on uPnP or forward a few ports as per this article:

From a previous thread the Netvigator wireless modem router doesn't appear to support uPnP though.
