PCCW wifi issue

    PCCW wifi issue

    My phone can't connect to their wifi. It always say "sever error". I went to their store, and their staff could not figure it out either. They can use their cell phone to connect to PCCW wifi with my account information. I called their customer representative, but they are not helpful either. I am wondering if it has to do with my cell phone. It is Nokia E51, which is not sold in Hong Kong. It can't be..
    any idea?

    I followed the steps. So did three staffs at the PCCW store.
    I had no problems with wifi hotspots other than PCCW. I am pretty sure it is not my phone's problem. PCCW staffs are clueless.
