international roaming / roaming and calling IDD

what is the most cost effective solutions for this?

just noticed your post, no help, so cold HK ppl can b! l use 1507 to call international, there rates are good, on last check about few months ago, they were: 1507 to call CHINA, USA both 0.24c a min for mobile or landline, fi hkg mobile or landline
1507 UK landline 0.24c, but mobile HKD1.32

I buy calling cards in Chung King Manshion and for me they workout cheap.
