    Confused with HK BB Plans

Hey guys need some help here, I would be getting a BB plan soon. Main use would be for BBM (I have lots of overseas contacts on BBM only hence have to use this), Mail (Office/Personal), Browsing not that too intensive and to check facebook once in a while. I come from Singapore where my provider gives me like 1GB of Data (email/browsing etc) as a lump. So its rather confusing coming here with the different data tiers.
Am currently considering either the PCCW BB Plan or the 3 BB Plan. More inclined towards PCCW, as I am already using their pre-paid card hence can keep the number. PCCW has the 398HKD with unlimited email data plan, 600 mins voice call, Intra Sms free. This is confusing me the Q & A in PCCW states that if i browse using internet browser, by that i would think the google browser in the BB its considered an email data. However if you use the WAP browser its charged as GPRS. This is the one thats confusing. When would it be considered WAP? Is it like facebook, MSN etc?
I dont plan to stream on the phone, just to browse webpages only. The PCCW BB also has an add on Data VAS, which is also confusing to me is that Data to be used when we are using say a newspaper app to read latest news?

Sorry for being too long winded, need your help.

    Thanks a lot

Nevermind its ok I signed up with Vodafone Smartone BB Unlimited plan plus the local normal 3G plan. This one has unlimited DATA not email data so its all you can use locally, whether internet, browse apps etc. No Contract !!! So happy with that.

How much do you pay for each plan?

The BB Plan is 398, the 3G line is 128.

What do you mean no contract? Did you have your BB already? I am in the same situation as chiamera1982. I have a BB from UK it's unlocked and am not sure which provider to use and if they have BB messenger. can anyone advise?
    thanks!

BB plans here are ridiculously complicated and hugely overpriced. PCCW for example have a plan for voice, a plan for email, a plan for data, a plan for roaming, etc. For a gadget that's supposed to save you time you'll waste the rest of the month figuring out your bill. The rest of the providers aren't much better.

You're best bet is to visit all providers and go with the tariff you understand. They're all similar in terms of coverage and reliability so that's not really an issue.
