considering as you generally buy the entry level phones which are generally more durable, this is not an issue, but with more advance and complex handsets, product defects/breakdowns are alot more common, my sony ericsson w760 broke down 5 times in space of a year, so i complained to the very top and gained a brand new g705 within 48 hrs.

And why is someone that should have a lot of worldly experience be so gullible as to believe that only reasonable people make a membership to Geoexpat to "save us all from the evils out there ". Reality ( proven by experience of similar events before ) is that these sorts of posts are normally competitors on a mission and have little to do with ACTUALLY reality.

This seems to be a really accurate assessment as the OP has only bothered to drain down on their target and then " left the building".

Every CS of HK based companies have quality issues. On a parallel issue the " Great Evil " that is PCCW seems to have moved its English language service to India. The service is still the same though so thank God we don't have to use them any more.

Did you know that if you buy parallel imports, some sellers will mention to you explicitly that the parallel imports does NOT have warranty thus its cheaper than those imported via local distributors

Competitors on a mission? You think the OP is from Nokia, Apple or Sony? I think you're a bit lacking the "worldly experience" you describe if you think one of Samsung's competitors is smearing them on Geoexpat.
    Loz_2 and Football16 like this.

You'd be surprised. Wasn't that long ago that Vodafone was doing exactly that on this site.
