Nothing is to be updated "soon" as the holiday lineup is already in place. However the iPad will likely be updated between March-June of 2011.

Keep in mind as well the iPad was released just the other day in Taiwan and a number of other countries.

here will be two new cameras, one at the front and one rear facing plus a USB port and an improved display screen.
