Smartone Home Broadband issues

Is anyone have trouble with SMV home broadband. It gets disconnected avery 10 seconds and then doesnt connect for hours.
I have SMV Blackberry connection, and its works fine.
Its been going on for days now and I have clue how to fix it.
I tried caling their customer service but then it asks for some number which I dont know how and where to find.

I experienced similar issue 10 days ago, intermittenly slow.....
it has been fixed and resume normal by calling their CS to follow the case.last week. Their service is quite good.....

I went to their repair centre yesterday, the guy told me what is the problem and when I said why so many clauses regarding wear&tear etc, he actually told me how they check and said its not the case of wear&tear or damage by customer. Its already fixed and I just need to go to pick in the evening.
