Can someone enlighten me about the " 600 " " 700 " number stuff for discount calls.
If like here in UK ( BT has line monopoly ), anyone with any sense uses an ISP to get better call rates.
Can someone give me some details and any special instructions on registering once we have sorted out our line supplier.
Packages to include a mobile phone number would be cool
OH Yes, and while on the subject
If its better I may get a pay as you go sim for the mobile in HK, are there China mainland ones available in HK which would save me digging about on the mainland as soon as I got over the border?

I use zone 1511, you can register your home phone, mobile, for international call service, they offered me for example 150 HK per month for 500 minutes to certain
countries.
Also I believe they have a promotion where they give away prepaid china simm card
