Apple just announced it.

Apple - Press Info - iPhone 4S Arrives in Hong Kong & South Korea on November 11

Not sure if it will be 'carriers first' or whether we can get them from the Apple store direct on that date.

From macrumors.com: "Pre-orders for this round of iPhone 4S debuts will begin this Friday, November 4th".

Will be interesting to see how quick the prices go down now for grey imports.

Today's prices were:

16 GB: ~$7100
32 GB: ~$7500

someone should tell Apple HK.
their website still shows the iPhone 4 as the top model phone, and still offers it at full pricing. No mention of 4S anywhere, and no discounts for the 4 yet. Who would be so stupid to buy the 4 at full price right now?

I think they will only update once they start taking pre-orders of the 4s.

If it is anything like the launch of the 4, you won't see any change until the moment is updated. I think they dropped it on us last time about 4:00 in the afternoon. You had to clear your cache to get the new page--was quite sudden.

Will be interesting if pre-orders will be for pickup in the Apple store or if we'll have to wait for the TNT drivers to deliver.
