No top ups, and expires after 5 or 8 days. Have relative here for 15 days, which means we have to change numbers midway through. But pretty handy and good value nonetheless, including HKD35 thrown in for 0060 overseas calls and sms.

Feedback on the HKTA/PCCW card from a happy visitor. Getting 2 cards for a 15 day visit saved a ton, versus previous trips. Good connectivity and sound quality. He recommends them for anyone wanting to make a ton of local calls and have data needs, and would definitely use them again on all future trips.

We found it really hard to track down these cards at 7-11 (despite the ads claiming 7-11 stocks them). If you have visitors coming who want a sim card right after they land, the best place to buy them @ the airport is Nobletime, which is inbetween the A and B exits in T1 arrivals hall. Very helpful staff who'll figure everything out for you.
