3 pay as you go 3g setup

Can anyone help me out here? Bought a sim for 3. Everything works fine except for connecting to the internet. Read through the sim manual but it's pretty ambiguous about how to connect to the 3g network. Don't understand why it's not able to automatically connect :S Can someone help me?

your best bet is walk into a 3 store

did you check whether the 3G signal is available at your place ?
go to carrier and switch off join network automatically, then a search starts and shows you all networks.

then sometimes fuss happens, 3G network gone, so I switch off the phone and switch it on again

I'm on three prepaid. Your mileage may vary depending on your plan (I'm using the one for iPads as a daily driver, they say you can't make calls, but you can, just the price is a bit outrageous if you talk too much).
Access Point settings:
Name: 3 (or whatever you want, I don't think it affects anything)
imobile.three.com.hk (remember to add the "i" at the beginning, that's what enables it). That alone should enable your connection. Save and try. If still with trouble, you can check the rest:
