is there a way to get a U.S nexus 5 in HK?

I want to get the Nexus 5, but I want the U.S version; main reason being I won't be in HK much longer, so LTE in the U.S is much more important than LTE in HK.

Do I have to buy it from the states, or are there stores in HK that might sell a U.S version?

Buy from states then get it shipped over by a friend? Most the grey imports in HK will be 'Rest of the World' versions... you'll end up paying a big premium for a US one.

According to Price.com.hk there is one supplier selling the D820, i.e. the US version for HK$3450 for the 16 GB version and HK$3990 for the 32 GB version. The retailer is called Udimobile.
