That's probably from CTI (aka Hong Kong Broadband Network - HKBN)

You can always call up the CS for contract renewal. The price is determined by your bargaining power. I heard $33/mth average is the lowest.

It sounds ridiculous, but yes, if you don't bargain you just have to pay for the listed tariff.

Same rule applies to all other major operators.

Personally for broadband I would go for HKBN. Certainly the best available broadband serive in HK IMO. Also reasonably priced. I have been with them for years and now I get specially low prices I think $230 for 50mb incl phone line. Origianlly was like 20mb but then they threw in a upgrade for like an extra $20 to coerce me into extending the contract.

But I am not sure about their IDD.

Agree with everyone else that PCCW is crap. I personally think Netvigator Broadband is not great....pricey and if you want to cancel the contract you have to jump through hoops to get it cancelled.

iCable is probably the worst...really slow speed (in spite of 10mb) probably because its shared by a thousand people and anoying customer service
