Unfortunately, the flat that moving into does not any home Internet connection. I figured that I will have to to buy a phone & tether for internet use using my laptop. Any tips and advice in choosing a mobile phone plan suitable for a student? I am interested with owning a plan with an option of a data cap or an unlimited data.

New World Mobility is cheap, unlimited data and allows tethering. About HKD80. Not very fast data - limited to 384 kb/s
New World Mobility. Website never seems to be very good, probably best to go to a shop.
