    Forgot Phone Password - Help!

I've forgotten my smartphone password. What should I do without losing all of the data? I haven't got the receipt.

Unless it's an iPhone and you have that silly setting switched on which locks the phone entirely for ever extended periods inbetween incorrect guesses, resulting in having to wait a trillion seconds, meaning by the time you've managed to guess the passcode right, it'll be by your grandchild.

It's Samsung S2. I've called the Samsung repair centre but they can't do anything without a receipt. The password is longer than 4 digits. Pls,is there any shop that I can go to to fix it without losing all of the data.

I think the phone is pin-locked, not pattern-locked. I take the hint from 'longer than 4 digits'.

Go to Mong Kok Sincere centre, plenty of mobile shops there would be able to fix it .

Unfortunately, by default those files are stored on phone memory unless user change setting to save them to external memory. Well, at least that is my experience with my Note 2.
