Unless it's an iPhone and you have that silly setting switched on which locks the phone entirely for ever extended periods inbetween incorrect guesses, resulting in having to wait a trillion seconds, meaning by the time you've managed to guess the passcode right, it'll be by your grandchild.Original Post Deleted
It's Samsung S2. I've called the Samsung repair centre but they can't do anything without a receipt. The password is longer than 4 digits. Pls,is there any shop that I can go to to fix it without losing all of the data.
what type of data or files most important to you? if it's photos, videos and mp3, mostly saved on sd card, just take out the micro sd card, use a micro sd carder read to usb and plug to your computer

Unfortunately, by default those files are stored on phone memory unless user change setting to save them to external memory. Well, at least that is my experience with my Note 2.
