Hi there!

I purchased a Lenovo A806 from a deal website. However I didnt realize this model was intended for China only, and therefore its core system prevents to use any GOOGLE services. Im stuck with crap Lenovo interface, mostly all in Chinese (even with phone settings in English).

I heard the only way to change to a regular android interface with google play etc.. is to have the phone "rooted".
So i asked Lenovo for support, but its a refusal as this is not an "official" way, and no official way exists for my request.
in Mongkok mobile phone centre, most of the technicians refuse to handle Lenovo rooting.. not sure why.. only a few said they can "try", but no guarantee...

So here is my question: is anyone here confident he/she can successfully root my phone?
