    So they have a phone number and a name to whom it belongs to AND?? Whoppe doo, I have 3 phone numbers with, 2 with my real name and 1 pre paid sim card number with a Fake name, I love giving access to my contact lists to any app that asks for it

    This is why I block unknown numbers, ignore foreign numbers and refuse calls from local calls not in my address books unless they call twice in addition to having anti-spam apps. Helps that advertisers/scammers don't speak English too.

    yes, best is to avoid hidden numbers and local number that start with 2/3 as they would be from business.
