Does anyone have experience with reimbursements from sun mobile for opening the account correctly?
I opened an account with roaming in Hong Kong. Roaming was not activated correctly the first time I went to China mainland. So I went back to the Tai Po uptown plaza store and they said something went wrong and helped me. But the next time I went to China it was still not opened correctly. I had to use my European phone card to call my travel buddy and racked up a phone bill of more than 120. Called the Tai Po store and without evening listening and allowing me to tell my problem they kept telling me to call the hotline. Many phone calls later they kept pushing me back and forth. They refuse to reimburse me for the bill, not even the phone call I had to make to the hotline from China to Hong Kong. Even though it was supposed to have been opened correctly twice!
