    3HK Supreme

the blue 3HK Supreme pre-paid sim card has 30GB of normal usage (eg, web surfing, youtube) plus an additional 20GB for social media (eg, whatsapp, facebook).

and it's only $160 for one year!!!

is this a good deal? but i don't know if it can MNP in or out?

Doesn't anyone find it creepy that these telcos are monitoring and filtering their customers' traffic based on the destination?

Google and Amazon know more about you than you and your friends/family/doctors combined.

So let me get this straight...the idea is you pay 160HKD, and you get a fully functioning SIM card that gives you 30GB of data to be spent however and wherever you prefer (HK/China/Macau) during the timeline of a whole year?

EDIT: Nah, seems there are some caveats:
There's one that covers China, HK, Macau and even Taiwan, but offers only 5GB data + 5GB social media, then there's the huge one with 30GB + 20GB which only runs on LOCAL data. There are some variations of this (30GB local + 3GB international), but the international data isn't that big in any of these, I think.

I see how this can be interesting/useful to others, I just got the wrong idea.

EDIT2: And yeah, I also hate the idea of them using a separate connection to divert all your social data so they can use it in ways described exactly nowhere. It also happens in other countries (Philippines, maybe others), but I hate seeing it done in HK.

Just checked with Three and the SIM shop outside Worldwide House. You cannot port in.
