Did you buy it in HK? And if so how much did you pay?

And trying to ding me with a red ain't gonna help. If I could be bothered I'd go in both with a video camera and show you exactly how to do it as you seem to take the first answer you get in any store. That's obviously why I can get and you cannot.

    Yup too true.

Sand, Never accept the first answer you're given as some assistants will claim they don't have it in stock when they do because

    A. Their English skills are lacking and didn't understand you
    B. They couldn't be bothered to check on the pc if its currently in stock.
    C. You didn't make yourself clear what you actually wanted.

Could be either of the above reasons, I have no reason to doubt Jaykay at all.

    Hi Jimbo,

we were in the shop for nearly an hour. They called the HO to check.
After they initially told me they only had the Chinese version I asked them to check - quoting Jaykay (I had no reason to doubt either). Still no English version.

This is not the first 3 shop we have been in.
As far as language, my wife is Hong Kongese and I speak Cantonese.
    So there was no mis-communication.

They do not have an English version. However, I will be more than happy if somebody proves me wrong but I now need confirmation or at least a name and a mobile number.

Anyway, I have spent far too much time on this. The only reason I started to check out 3 was because of the price they offered me. My wife was interested in the 908 but not at the retail price. All she wants to do is make phone calls and play games. So full price is too much. We may wait until the price comes down and simply buy a Uk version.

If she wants a phone to play games on it mainly then she should just get a F488 then.

Dude, I never ding anyone with a red including yourself. A case of Pot, kettle, white now methinks.

And read the post "If I could be bothered......"
