I use WeChat Out to call EU. It’s like Skype but cheaper.

Cheapest option is Skype. 10.80 GBP for unlimited calls to mobile and landlines in the UK.

How does it work? Install the app and use it like a phone.

Or you can use Wechat Out if you prefer having Xi Jinping listening in.

Cheapest way to make international calls is from office phone. I do all my calls back to France from office. Costs nothing. But of course not much need for classic call these days, more whatapp video call or Skype.

I guess you don’t use your mobile / fixed telephone lines given that they are all state / tycoon owned.
