Do I do still need a broadband plan if I have a phone data plan?

I have a $33/month 60gb 42mbps, 128kbps thereafter phone data plan that i used for communication and as a hotspot for my laptop and desktop pc internet and youtube.

I plan to buy another sim and put it into a 5g router and use it for google home mini spotify abd huge downloads although i already have a huge media collection.

Before it is a mist as I have cctv/ipcam and multiple users but not anymore.
